50% deposit secures our services for the date. The balance due 1 month before event date.


Our services and designs are subject to NYC sales tax, we accept payment by cash, check or direct deposit. We do not offer cash discounts. Credit card or third party transaction fees are additional. 


In addition to discussing your personal preferences and ideas at a scheduled appointment, we will provide you with a detailed description of the range of our services that will include specifics regarding the following:

Your ideas and specific traditions.

Flower types and seasonal availability.

Style & color palate.

Your floral design budget.

Insurance. Some venues require third party liability insurance from outside vendors, you are welcome to inquire about the liability insurance cover we have in place.

In addition we are happy to discuss delivery and collection times and options, liaison with planners, venues and referrals for other vendors such as photographers, planners, caterers, stylists.

Initial concept & quote

Subsequent to the appointment we will prepare a concept and budget. If you accept the quote your appointment fee will be waived. Once you have accepted the quote and made a deposit, we will provide you with a copy of the contract.


The contract will lock off major changes to the quote. We will however consider minor changes such as in the number of guests.

Once the contract is finalized a deposit of 50% in advance will secure our services and availability for your wedding date. The remaining balance is due one week in advance of your event.

We generally accept bookings no less than 90 days prior to the event date.

Designer Packages

We offer a custom service based on the specific requirements including season: types of flowers and their seasonal availability, scale - number of guests and budget per person, scope - type of venue and ceremony, including traditional items such as a Chuppah or Mandap. Lighting and decorations, numbers and sizes of arrangements and budget range.

In addition we offer a tier of packages based on number of guests and per person budget.

100 Guests

Minimum of $3000 per < 100 guests

150 Guests

Minimum of $4500 per < 150 guests

Our services also include seasonal floral designs for a regular calendar of personal or corporate events. We engage a limited calendar of events annually while offering a bespoke floral design service.

Xylem & Phloem merges our artistic & creative inclinations, through creative partnerships of art and design portfolios.
